Tłı̨chǫ Property Management (TPM)

Tłı̨chǫ Property Management, which was incorporated in September of 2019, was formed as a result of the amalgamation of several Tłı̨chǫ Investment Corporation companies, to include Wekweetì Development Corporation (incorporated December 1992), Gamètì Development Corporation (incorporated July 1987), Lac La Martre Development Corporation (incorporated January 1991) DLFN Holdings Ltd. (incorporated August 1997) and Rae Edzo Dene Band Development Corporation (incorporated 1979).

TPM owns, leases, maintains and manages approximately 16 commercial and 37 residential buildings and units, located in the four Tłı̨chǫ communities of Behchokǫ̀, Gamètì, Whatì, and Wekweetì, to include:

  • Tłı̨chǫ Community Services Agency office, Behchokǫ̀, NT

  • Tłı̨chǫ Government office, Behchokǫ̀, NT

  • Government of the Northwest Territories offices (Health and Social Services, Income Support, NWT Housing Corporation, Industry, Trade, and Investment), Behchokǫ̀, NT

  • 4-plex; 6-plex; single-detached and modular residential units, Behchokǫ̀, Whatì, Wekweetì, NT

  • Motels and Bed and Breakfast units (Whatì Motel and Bed and Breakfast modular, Whatì, NT; Snare Lake Lodge, Wekweetì, NT; Tłı̨chǫ Motel, Behchokǫ̀, NT)

  • Tłı̨chǫ Retail Operations community store buildings (Hozila Naedik’e, Wekweetì, NT; Wha Ti Ko Gha K’aode, Whatì, NT; Rae Lakes General Store, Gamètì, NT) and other retail buildings (Trappers Hideaway Restaurant and the Northern Store, Behchokǫ̀, NT) 

  • Mary Adele Bishop Health Centre, Behchokǫ̀, NT

  • Nusing Complex, Behchokǫ̀, NT

  • Nishi Khon Complex, Behchokǫ̀, NT
