Tlicho Property Management (TPM) is 100% owned by the Tlicho Investment Corporation (TIC). TPM is looking to fill the following position located in Behchoko, NT.
Oil Burner Mechanic (Oil Heat Systems Technician)
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications
- Perform scheduled maintenance and service
- Lay out oil burner heating system components and assemble components using proper tools
- Provide final inspections of systems once repairs are completed to ensure all equipment is operating safely
- Complete appropriate daily paperwork for each service call
- Perform other duties as required to maintain and enhance departmental productivity
Requirements:
- Licensed Oil Burner Heating Technician (Oil Burner Mechanic)
- 5+ years of experience an asset;
- Good communication and effective listening skills;
- Ability to work independently and productively;
- Valid Class 5 Drivers Licence
- Ability to speak/understand the Tlicho language would be considered an asset
