Trades Exploration Training Program
Build your future in the trades.
In partnership with Aurora College and ARCAN, and through the ongoing support of the Tłı̨chǫ Government, the Tłı̨chǫ Investment Corporation (TIC) is offering an 18-week Trades Exploration Training Program that introduces carpentry, plumbing, and electrical trades. The program includes six weeks of hands-on training at the TIC workshop in Behchokǫ̀ (February 16 to March 27, 2026), followed by twelve weeks of paid work experience with Tłı̨chǫ Designated Trainers and TIC/ARCAN journeypersons at job sites across the Northwest Territories.
