Milestone Achieved – Tłı̨chǫ Engineering and Environment Services (subsidiary of Tłı̨chǫ Investment Corporation) has successfully completed the work on the Highway Rehabilitation and Chipseal Overlay of Yellowknife Highway No. 3 from Km 220.0 to Km 282.5 and Rae Access Road. The work included Road preparation, roadway strengthening, culvert replacement and Supply/Apply Single Asphaltic Surface Treatment Overlay.
This was the first time that TIC was awarded a contract of highway maintenance from the Government of the Northwest Territories. TEES completed the project in time despite the COVID restrictions, and the project is a testament to our commitment and dedication.
