About the Role
Tłı̨chǫ Property Management is seeking a reliable and organized Logistics Coordinator to support the coordination of materials, tools, and equipment required for property maintenance and construction operations across the Tłı̨chǫ region.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing warehouse operations, tracking inventory, receiving and verifying shipments, and ensuring materials and equipment are available for project teams when needed.
This position plays an important role in maintaining efficient operations by ensuring supplies are organized, accessible, and safely handled.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate inventory records for materials, tools, and equipment.
Receive and verify shipments against purchase orders.
Safely load, unload, and organize materials within the warehouse.
Prepare materials and equipment for delivery to project sites.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking when needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and yard environment.
Coordinate with supervisors and project managers to ensure crews have the required tools and materials.
Support transportation and delivery of materials to job sites as required.
Follow company safety policies and report hazards or incidents.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, construction support, or inventory management is considered an asset.
Skills & Requirements
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License.
Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, telehandlers, etc.) is an asset.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory tracking systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
Reliable, dependable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to speak and understand the Tłı̨chǫ language is considered an asset.
Working Conditions
Warehouse and yard environment with physical material handling.
Occasional travel to job sites within the Tłı̨chǫ region.
Exposure to varying weather conditions while supporting field operations.
