Motel Manager

Reporting to the Community Operations Manager, the Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Whati Motel while ensuring high quality service and financial accountability.

16H Grader Operators

Tli Cho Logistics Inc. is looking for skilled 16H Grader Operators to work at the Diavik Diamond Mine Site on a permanent, 2 week on/2 week off rotation.

Seasonal Winter Road Positions

Tli Cho Logistics Inc. will need over 90 temporary employees for our 2019 Winter Road projects at different sites that we are currently recruiting for. Some positions include:

Equipment Operators, Fuel Handlers, Fuel Lead Hands, Field Marshallers, Field Labourers, Flooders


Heavy Equipment Operators

The Operators we are looking for include 785 & 830 Komatsu Haul Trucks (100 ton + 250 ton), D6 D10 Dozers & 16H Graders, and 1250 & 1900 Excavator operators with minimum 500 hours on each respective piece of equipment.

Drillers & Certified Blasters

We are currently building our resume database for one of our projects working on two weeks in and two weeks out rotational schedule, 12-hour days/nights at a remote mine site. We are looking for Certified Blasters & Drillers with 3 years of Rotary experience.

Hydrocarbon Labourers

Reporting to the Hydrocarbons Team Lead and working a two weeks on/off rotation. The Hydrocarbons Labourer is responsible for offloading, and handling petroleum products.

Equipment Trainers

The Equipment Trainer is responsible for providing training on the heavy equipment vehicles in a safe and effective manner.  These positions are critical to the effective and efficient operations of TCL.

Head Chefs/Line Cooks/Cook Helpers

Tlicho Road Constructors and Tlicho Landtran Transport require experienced head chefs, line cooks and cook helpers for the upcoming winter road season.  All positions require individuals with proven ability to work in a cross cultural, diverse environment demonstrating cultural awareness and sensitivity.  All candidates must be open and flexible to perform other duties as required.  All are seasonal employment opportunities, working 11-12 hour shifts, 7 days a week for the duration of the Winter Road season (anywhere from approximately 4-8 weeks dependent on the location). 

Tlicho Community Winter Road Operators and Superintendents

Tlicho Road Constructors (TCRC) Ltd. is seeking candidates for the following seasonal positions: Superintendents (3 positions for 2-month duration). TCRC is seeing a skilled leader to oversee the Tłı̨chǫ community Winter Road construction/maintenance project for the 2019 winter road season.  This is a challenging and rewarding work opportunity for a proven leader who loves to be hands-on and working in the field.
